| Cost of Procurement Document | Rs. 500/- [Rupees Five Hundred Only ] in the form of a crossed demand draft (non-refundable)/banker’s cheque drawn in favour of Commissioner, City Municipal Council, Haveri on any scheduled bank, payable at Haveri. |
| Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) | EMD shall be 2.5% of the quoted value if value of the quotation is less than Rs. 5 lakhs, Rs. 20,000/- if value of quotation is between Rs. 5 and 10 lakhs, Rs. 30,000/- if value of quotation is between Rs. 10 and 20 lakhs, Rs. 50,0000- if value of quotation is between Rs. 20 and 50 lakhs and Rs. 1,00,000/- if value of quotation is more than Rs. 50 lakhs and shall be in the form of a crossed demand draft / banker’s cheque drawn in favour of Commissioner, City Municipal Council, Haveri on any scheduled bank, payable at Haveri. |
